You may not know who your OB will be (if you're with a practice that works on rotation) or who your nurse will be but your doula remains the same. As birth doulas we education, support and advocate for families. We look forward to building a bond so that you can be as comfortable as possible during your labor and birth.

Every Client Receives:
- An initial consultation to ensure that we are the right match for your birth expectations at no charge.
- 1-2 meetings with your birth support team, which includes your back up doula, to discuss your birth preferences and guide you through the birth plan process.
- 24-hour phone assistance.
- Professional labor support at your home and at your chosen birthing site.
- During labor: we will help you with relaxation techniques, positions, visualization and positive affirmations, light touch massage, and informational support.
- We are with you throughout the entire labor after you call!
- Photography of your labor and the birth (optional and as time permits)
- Breastfeeding support for your baby's first feeding.
- Postpartum follow-up visit includes breast-feeding support, answering questions you may have about your birth and providing any additional information you might require for a smooth family transition.
