Doulananda Birth Services employs 6 doulas who cover the greater Jacksonville and St. Augustine area. We are blessed to have such a strong and dedicated group of doulas working together to support the family in whatever birth experience they desire. We support families unconditionally, whether that is to labor at home, in a hospital, a natural childbirth or a planned (or unplanned) c-section...we are there. Nurses and physician practices run on rotatation so we are what we call "the constant" during pregnancy, labor, delivery and breastfeeding. Because there are 6 of us, you ALWAYS have a professional and supporting back-up doula and in some cases, two doulas. We also offer "in-tandem" doula services meaning you could have two doulas at your service (this method is meant to relieve a doula after (or during) 24 hours or allow a break so that you always have a refreshed and rested doula by your side). All of our doulas work closely with one another and we have strong bonds outside of our business. All of our doulas are prepared to support HypnoBirthing parents (or any method the family chooses).
Join us monthly for our "meet the doula" Jacksonville and St. Augustine events. In the meantime, call us!
