Meet the Doulas - Jacksonville and St. Augustine Events

We offer doula services in Jacksonville to St. Augustine. The following events are gatherings where families can come meet the doula's in one location in order to explore if having a doula is right for your family and to find the perfect fit. Been thinking about a doula? Not sure what a doula is? Come join us for a casual and laid back 'meet the doula event' and meet the 5 women (barring any births) that comprise Doulananda!

A Birth Doula will help you prepare for the birth of a child, including developing a "birth plan", educate you about the birth process, provide continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor, birth and early post-partum. She will help establish breastfeeding and provide resources for both birth and post-partum. She aides in the creation of a birth that is right for a woman and her partner and provides the support for...them to have the best birth available to them!

There is no charge for the event and refreshments will be served! Husbands, partners and children are welcome!
