{Jacksonville Doulas Supporting Normal Births}

A native of Jacksonville, founder of Yoga Ananda and owner of Doulananda Birth Services. Becoming a doula was an unexpected surprise! Although, as the former owner of a Yoga & Wellness Center, it was a natural fit. "I had no idea that the path I was on was going to lead me here, but it did!" Taking the DONA Doula Training with Rae Davies truly transformed what the birth experience "looked like". It shed light on my own birth experience; an experience that she surely shares with so many other moms around Jacksonville and the country. "I truly believe that birth is a natural process, and when healthy women carrying healthy babies are free of fear, educated and supported, birth should occur without incident!"

I have had the pleasure of teaching HypnoBirthing Childbirth Classes to well over 100 expectant families in Jacksonville and St. Augustine! Education is the first piece to empowering families to make the best birth choices possible for them. I look forward to expanding my services to include Hypnosis for fertillity, pregnancy and berond (certification by 2012)!
